We are fully stocked with the little white book in both Melbourne and Auckland but are experiencing delays within Australia Post.
While we await restock of our love story, I still do and made with love in Melbourne (currently in Australia but delayed), all orders are shipped from Auckland.

We offer free shipping with any order over $75 for items we have in stock in Australia. DHL orders from Auckland are excepted from free shipping.
Target delivery 1-2 working days if placed before 12pm on any working day. Please note this can not be guaranteed and is subject to Aus Post delays.
- Please note that some books are being sent out of Auckland and therefore may not be able to send Express Courier. If this is the case, we will offer you a refund of Express Courier fee.

All International Orders
We ship worldwide but due to the nature of international shipping, cannot guarantee an accurate worldwide delivery date.
We recommend Express Delivery Courier if your purchase is of an urgent nature. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
Generally, orders to the US and Canada take up to 10 working days (though this may be longer due to Covid-19).
Currencies currently available are AUD, NZD USD, GBP and EUR - though PayPal will make others available to you based on your location.

Returns & Terms and Conditions
What is your returns policy?
We will gladly replace an item if it is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Satisfaction Guarantee - You can also return a physical product for change of mind, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item and the item must be returned within 14 days in exactly as-new condition. If you are returning the goods for change of mind, but it was damaged prior to delivery to you, this must be notified when you first contact us. A refund (or voucher if preferred) will be provided less the actual cost of shipping - including if the item is purchased with free shipping (usually $9-11). Electronic items are non-refundable.
Who pays international Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges?
We cannot guarantee tax and duty fees will not be imposed when purchasing internationally. If this situation should arise, this is the sole responsibility of you as the receiver. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.
